I just notice the skin of my niece She's 15 yrs old now her skin is different, she ahs clear skin, fair complexion, when she's a baby her skin is usually white, when we live in Manila, although her skin is smooth, but not so white, because exposed in the sunlight when go to school. I ask what she used, she said that her mom bought a Milk and rice baby soap, i try it to our 3 yrs old baby in the house. looks great, wonderful skin, plus lotion milk and rice.
